At Lake Haven and Oak Haven, our residents enjoy a maintenance free lifestyle and the pleasure of living in a community of friends who value each other and their independent lifestyles. Ours are active adult communities, not retirement homes or assisted living facilities. Our residents come here to make friends and live as freely as they wish, without having to worry about maintenance or the stress of owning a home.

 

Even though most of our residents are independent, we realize there could be an occasion where they need some assistance. We will gladly provide a list of local agencies that offer in-home personal care services.
